The City of Orlando and Cyclehop, LLC, "Cyclehop", have previously entered into a Ride Share Contract under which Cyclehop operates and maintains a bike sharing system, "Bikeshare".  In order to expand Bikeshare, Cyclehop has requested that the City enter into this Sublicense Agreement, which authorizes Cyclehop to construct, operate and maintain a Bikeshare station, "Station", within Orange Avenue right of way that has been leased to the City by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT).  The Station will be located north of Colonial Drive and south of Marks Street.  Under the terms of this Sublicense Agreement, Cyclehop will assume any and all obligations of the City under its Lease Agreement with FDOT.  

Approval of the attached Sublicense Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's office.
