Summary:
On July 8, 2015, Applicant, Carl Tutera, filed three applications with the City requesting annexation, assignation of the Industrial future land use designation, and initial zoning of I-P/W of the subject property located south of W. New Hampshire Street, east of Park Oaks Avenue, and west of N. John Young Parkway. On October 20, 2015, the Municipal Planning Board ("MPB") voted unanimously to recommend approval of the three applications.
Petitioner, Wanda Jones, timely filed a Request for Hearing Before a Hearing Officer on October 27, 2015. A quasi-judicial hearing was held on January 20, 2016 regarding this matter, at which the parties made arguments and presented evidence and material into the record. Subsequent to this hearing, the Hearing Officer issued the attached Recommended Order, which recommends that the City Council approve the MPB's recommended approval of the applications. Petitioner timely filed an Objection to the Recommended Order, attached hereto. |
