Summary:
The subject solicitation was issued on March 10, 2014. On April 28, 2014, Council approved the Advisory Committee’s ranking and authorized the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) to proceed with negotiations with the top-ranked firm, Garney Companies, Inc.
Successful negotiations were achieved, and a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) of $5,175,976 has been determined. Approval is now requested for the Agreement and GMP.
