Partial Release of Conservation Easement by City of Orlando and South Florida Water Management District
Summary:

On April 3, 2015, Lake Nona Land Company, LLC, established a Conservation Easement in favor of the City and the South Florida Water Management District, "District," over property located south of Laureate Blvd. within the Lake Nona development. In conjunction with Lake Nona's desire to develop a portion of the Conservation Easement area, Lake Nona has requested that the City and the District partially release the Conservation Easement in consideration for Lake Nona's establishment of replacement conservation easement acreage elsewhere within the Lake Nona development.  District staff have consented to the Partial Release and City staff have no objection.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Partial Release and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
