A request for final approval of a major plat titled Randal Park Phase 5. This is a 200 lot subdivision to allow for a future residential development consistent with the previously approved preliminary plat. The subject property is located north of Dowden Road, west of Central Florida Greeneway (SR 417), south of the Beachline Expressway (SR 528), and east of Narcoossee Road within the Randal park Neighborhood. The property is approximately 103.9 acres (SUB2015-00065)

Recommend approval of the final major subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorize signature of the Mayor, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
