Renewal of Employment Agreement for Construction Inspector III - Electrical

Summary:
The Permitting Services Division is responsible for ensuring development occurs in compliance with life-safety, Building Code and Municipal code standards. Due to improvement in the economy and an increase in construction activity, Permitting is requesting the approval of renewing contract agreement for Mr. Donald Rampersaud in the Construction Inspector III - Electrical position. Mr. Rampersaud is responsible for performing building field inspections to ensure new constructions/renovations of structures are in compliance with all national, state, and local codes. This position is included in the FY15/16 budget as a full-time, contract position. This agreement is for a one-year period, beginning on or about January 25, 2016 and ending January 24, 2017
