Second Amendment to the Premises Lease and Use Agreement between City of Orlando, GOAA and All Aboard Florida
Summary:

In conjunction with its development of an inter-City commuter rail project, All Aboard Florida, "AAF" is constructing certain infrastructure at Orlando International Airport, "OIA".  To accommodate the rail infrastructure, GOAA and AAF, entered into a Premises Lease and Use Agreement on January 22, 2014, as Amended on September 25, 2015.  The City, as fee simple owner of the OIA property, consented to the Lease and the First Amendment.  GOAA and AAF now desire to amend the terms of the Lease relating to the extension of the escrow term, the area of the leased premises, rental value, and the Rail Station building design.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Second Amendment and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
