First Amendment to Embankment Funding Agreement between City of Orlando, GOAA and All Aboard Florida
Summary:

In conjunction with its development of an inter-City commuter rail project, All Aboard Florida, "AAF" is constructing certain infrastructure at Orlando International Airport, "OIA".  The City, GOAA and AAF entered into an Embankment Funding Agreement on October 3, 2014.  The parties now desire to amend the primary infrastructure work, as defined in the Embankment Funding Agreement, to reflect changes due to finalizing design and additional project coordination between GOAA and AAF.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached First Amendment and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
