Summary:

CRP-GREP Elan Audubon Owner, LLC, "Owner", is developing property located north of Colonial Drive and east of Bumby Avenue, near Lake Druid as a multi-family development, "Project".  In conjunction with development of the Project, Owner has agreed to dedicate property for the extension of Warehouse Road in the future.  The attached Agreement provides for the dedication of the necessary right-of-way but also authorizes Owner's use of the right-of-way for parking purposes until construction of the Extension commences.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
