Release of Easements between City of Orlando and Magnolia Estates, LLC and Magnolia Panther, LLC
Summary:

The City and Orange County jointly own property on which Orange County operates the Orange County Golf Club, "Property." Magnolia Estates, LLC and Magnolia Panther, LLC, are developing property, "Magnolia Property," adjacent to the Property and have requested that the City/County release certain access easements that affect the Magnolia Property.  The County has consented to the release and City staff have no objection.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Release of Easements and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
