Temporary Grading and Slope Easement Agreement between City of Orlando, Orange County and Magnolia Estates, LLC
Summary:

The City and Orange County own property, "Property," on which Orange County operates the Orange County National Golf Club. Magnolia Estates, LLC, is developing property, "Magnolia Property," adjacent to the Property and has requested that the City/County enter into the attached Temporary Non-Exclusive Grading and Slope Easement Agreement to allow Magnolia to slope the grade of the Magnolia Property to the grade of the Property to compensate for an elevation difference.  The attached Agreement has been approved by County staff and is subject to approval by the Orange County BCC at its first meeting in February.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same.  Subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
