Summary:
The Fleet Management Division is requesting to utilize City of Tallahassee Contract #1489, with Dana Safety Supply, Inc., of Jacksonville, Florida for the purchase and installation of vehicle accessories. This contract will primarily be utilized for the purchase and installation of vehicle accessories to upfit public safety vehicles and specialized commercial type vehicles utilized by various City Divisions.
The current contract term is effective through December 31, 2017. This is an indefinite quantity contract. Actual expenditures will vary as usage will be based on an as-needed basis at the established unit prices and available funding. Based on prior usage reports and information provided by the primary user, the estimated annual expenditure is $150,000.00.
No City Certified M/WBE suppliers are registered for these goods and services.
