Summary:

The attached ordinance will allow a 20 unit, 3-story townhome development.  The PD will be subject to the standards of the O-1/T/SP/AN zoning district, subject to modification to the minimum setbacks, lot width and lot area required for attached dwellings (townhomes).

The MPB recommended approval of this request on August 18, 2015. City Council approved the meeting minutes of the August 2015 MPB hearing on September 21, 2015.

First reading of the ordinance was approved at the December 7, 2015 City Council meeting.

Recommended Action:
Adopt the attached ordinance number 2015-59 and authorize the Mayor and the City Clerk or Mayor Pro Tempore and City Clerk to execute on behalf of the City upon final review and approval by the City Attorney.
