The City, GOAA and All Aboard Florida, "AAF," have recently entered into a Rail Line Easement Agreement, a  Premises Lease and Use Agreement, and a Vehicle Maintenance Facility Ground Lease Agreement, including amendments thereto.  All of the above agreements relate to the development of AAF's inter-city rail project at the Orlando International Airport and particularly the development of a rail station building and a vehicle maintenance facility.  The Agreements are being held in escrow pursuant to their terms, until December 31, 2015, at which time all escrow conditions must be met.  All Aboard Florida has requested a one year extension of the escrow term until December 31, 2016. At its meeting on December 9, GOAA approved the attached Escrow Extension Agreement authorizing the escrow extension based on the imposition of certain financial conditions on AAF.
