The City leases the bank building at 129 East Gore Street to BMO Harris Bank.  

Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida is in the process of acquiring BMO Harris Bank.

The City as Landlord is consenting to the assignment of the Lease from BMO Harris Bank to Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida.

Recommended Action:
Approval of Assignment And Assumption Agreement in substantially the form attached; and authorize the Real Estate Division Manager to execute; all subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
