Summary:
The attached ordinance amends Land Development Code Chapter 58, Part 5 “Accessory Uses and Structures” to clarify standards for accessory structures when connected by a breezeway, establish setbacks from wetlands and water bodies, and clarify allowable window locations for two-story structures.
The Municipal Planning Board recommended approval of the LDC amendment on August 18, 2015 (LDC2015-00253). The adoption ordinance will be scheduled for the next available City Council meeting. |
