Summary:

At its meeting on October 19, 2015, the Orlando City Council deferred Item #9 from the meeting minutes of the Municipal Planning Board for the board's September 15, 2015, meeting. 

Item #9 was the recommended approval of master plan application MPL2015-00023. The master plan proposes the "Grills Family Restaurant Lakeside" at 4315 N. Orange Blossom Trail; south of Lee Rd., west of Lake Fairview, and east of N. Orange Blossom Trail. The property is comprised of approximately 8.17 acres of land and would include a restaurant, a restroom building, and a wooden deck with outdoor seating area and a tiki bar.

Council deferred action on the item to give staff, the applicant, and neighbors time to develop additional conditions of approval to alleviate concerns relating to noise. Attached to this agenda item are additional conditions of approval proposed for adoption as part of the master plan.
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: No fiscal impact.
Recommended Action:

Approval of master plan application MPL2015-00023, subject to (1) the conditions contained within the staff report to the MPB, (2) the additional conditions recommended by the MPB, and (3) the additional conditions contained in the document attached to this Council Agenda Item.

Approval of the attached letter of determination (LDC2015-00487) to amend the MPB ductless hood venting condition of approval.
