Lake Nona Telecommunication Tower – The subject property is located just south of Parcel 21A in the Lake Nona PD and is currently designated Conservation in the Southeast Orlando Sector Plan but is in the review process for future land use map amendment to Urban Village. The property is located south of Laureate Blvd., west of Hartwell Ct. and east of Boggy Creek Road (±0.14 acres, District 1).

Request Specific Parcel Master Plan (SPMP) approval for a 165 foot monopole telecommunication tower.
