CSX Access Agreement for Orlando MGP Site
Summary:
The Orlando MGP PRP Group, of which the City is a member, needs access to property owned by CSX Transportation, Inc. to survey the property to facilitate the remedial design for the Orlando MGP Site (“Site”). Access to this property is necessary to perform surveys and gather additional information for remedial design for the cleanup of the Site.

There is no financial impact to the City.
Recommended Action:

Request that City Council authorize the Mayor/Mayor Pro Tem to sign the access agreement.
