Summary:
IABA Family Partners LTD, owners of the property at 116 S. Orange Avenue, desires to locate six (6) wall mounted speakers within the street right-of-way of S. Orange Avenue. Transportation Engineering and Permitting Services staff members have reviewed the request and have determined that no sight restriction or pedestrian obstruction will be created by placing the speakers at this location.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the Street Right-of-Way Utilization Agreement for Wall Mounted Speakers and authorization for the Mayor/Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute same, subject to review by the City Attorney's Office.
