Cyclehop, LLC, "Cyclehop," is operating an automated bicycle sharing system, "Bikeshare," in the City of Orlando.  On December 5, 2014, the City and Cyclehop entered into a Bikeshare Stations Encroachment and Removal Agreement, “Agreement”.  The Agreement authorized Cyclehop to utilize twenty (20) locations within City right-of-way/property for construction and operation of Bikeshare Stations.  Due to the popularity of Bikeshare, Cyclehop has requested authorization to utilize eight (8) additional locations, referenced as Stations: 17, 22, 23,24,25, 26, 27 and 28 in the attached Exhibit “A”.  (Stations 27 and 28 are subject to Florida Department of Transportation approval as well.)  Other than adding Station locations to the Agreement, all other terms and obligations remain in full force and effect.  

Approval of the First Amendment to Bikeshare Stations Encroachment and Removal Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
