SUBLICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN CYCLEHOP, LLC AND THE CITY OF ORLANDO
Summary:

Cyclehop LLC, "Cyclehop," operates an automated bicycle sharing system in the City of Orlando, "BikeShare."  Prior to execution of this Sublicense Agreement, the City and LYNX will enter into a License Agreement by which LYNX licenses to the City a specific area at the Lynx Central Station for operation of a Bikeshare Station.  The License Agreement contemplates execution of this Sublicense Agreement between the City and Cyclehop by which the City transfers to Cyclehop any and all obligations and responsibilities related to construction and operation of the Bikeshare Station at the LYNX Central Station.

Recommended Action:

Approval of the attached Sublicense Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
