Summary:
On July 27, 2015, City Council approved, as part of the FY 2015-2016 Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development programs, a request from Housing and Neighborhood Development Services of Central Florida, Inc. (HANDS) for CDBG funding in the amount of Fifty Two Thousand and Five Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($52,500.00). HANDS will use this funding to provide pre-purchase and mortgage default housing counseling to low and moderate income households in the City of Orlando. |

Recommended Action:
Approve and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement with Housing and Neighborhood Development Services of Central Florida, Inc. (HANDS) in the amount of $52,500.00 after review of the documents by the City Attorney's office. |
