FY2015 JAG Grant Award-Local Solicitation

Summary:
On June 15, 2015, the City Council approved the application for the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance, Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG). The Orlando Police Department has been awarded $169,717.00 for the purchase of approximately 31 portable radios that are due for replacement.

Approval and acceptance of the grant award by City Council, subject to review by the City Attorney's Office and the Grants Development Division.
