Summary:
The Fleet Management Division is requesting a contract with Nextran Corporation, Nextran Truck Center - Orlando, of Orlando, Florida, for parts and service for the City's Mack trucks in the estimated annual amount of $300,000.00. 
 
The initial Contract term is two (2) years with an option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year terms.  This is an indefinite quantity contract.  Actual expenditure will vary as usage will be on an as-needed basis at the established unit prices and available funding.  Based on prior usage reports and information provided by the primary user, the estimated annual expenditure is $300,000.00.

Nextran Corporation, Nextran Truck Center - Orlando is the sole factory authorized representative for parts and warranty service for Mack trucks in the Central Florida area. 

No City Certified M/WBE suppliers are registered for this commodity.

Recommended Action:
Authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to enter into a contract and subsequent renewals with Nextran Corporation, Nextran Truck Center - Orlando as indicated above, in the estimated annual amount of $300,000.00, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
