Summary:
The Orlando Venues Department is requesting authorization to rent additional seating at the Orlando Citrus Bowl Stadium in the estimated amount of $126,751.00. The additional 3,536 seating is needed due to the demand for extra capacity for a June event. The total cost includes the rental of the seating, all equipment, labor, transportation, installation and insurance.
Staff did their due diligence in obtaining two quotes from a small pool of companies that are capable of providing the required service. The quote obtained from T & B Equipment Company, Inc. is the most responsive for the required service and pricing.
No City Certified M/WBE vendors are registered for this commodity.

Recommended Action:
Authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to sign an agreement and issue a purchase order with T & B Equipment Company, Inc., as indicated above, in the estimated amount of $126,751.00, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney’s Office. |
