Mayor Dyer has approved Celeste T. Brown as City Clerk effective May 4, 2015, subject to City Council confirmation and the required human resources employment processing. Ms. Brown brings more than 14 years of experience working with constituents, stakeholders, community leaders, institutions, non-profit organizations and governmental organizations throughout Central Florida.

Recommended Action:
Confirm appointment of Celeste T. Brown to the position of City Clerk.
