Mayor Dyer will call on Marcia Hope Goodwin, the City's Chief Service Officer/Director of Community Affairs and Human Relations, to introduce Marie Martinez, Operations Manager for the Howard Phillips Center for Children and Families, who will give a brief overview. After reading the proclamation, the Mayor will take a photo with Marie Martinez and Howard Phillips center supporters.
