Summary:
Each year the eye banking community celebrates the month of March as National Eye Donor Month to encourage eye donation across the country.  The Medical Eye Bank of Florida will present Commissioner and Mrs. Samuel B. Ings with a Gift of Sight Award for their support of this cause.

Recommended Action:
Mayor Dyer will call upon Commissioner Samuiel B. Ings to introduce guests from the Medical Eye Bank of Florida, who will then present an award to Commissioner and Mrs. Samuel B. Ings.
