Employee Contract for Office Assistant in Permitting Services - Kristie Gibson

Summary:
The Permitting Services Division is responsible for ensuring development occurs in compliance with life-safety, Building Code and Municipal code standards. Due to improvement in the economy and an increase in construction activity, Permitting is requesting the approval of employment contract for Ms. Kristie Gibson for the Office Assistant position. Ms. Gibson will be responsible for Permitting's Appointment Scheduling and also serve as administrative support to the staff . She will be under the direction of the Division Manager. This position is included in the FY2015 and FY2016 budget as a full-time, contract position. This agreement is for a one-year period, beginning on or about April 20, 2015 and ending April 19, 2016.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the Office Assistant employment contract.
