Laureate Park Phase 6 – the subject property is located on Parcels 27A, 27B and 28A of the Lake Nona PD and is designated Residential Neighborhood on the Southeast Orlando Sector Plan.  The subject property is located north of Tavistock Lakes Blvd., west of Narcoossee Road and south of the Central Florida Greeneway (SR 417).  The site is ±128.5 acres; District 1.

Request for approval of a Specific Parcel Master Plan (SPMP) for:

(a) 139 townhome units and 747 detached single family units, of which 151 units will be gated.

(b) Preliminary plat for the 151 gated units.


Fiscal & Efficiency Data: No Fiscal Impact

Recommended Action:
Accept the meeting minutes and approve the actions of the Southeast TDRC, as reflected in the March 12, 2015 minutes.
