Summary:
The Advisory Council of the Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District met on March 11, 2015 at 9:00 am in the Veteran's Conference Room of City Hall; attached are the meeting minutes.  The Advisory Council recommended approval of draft contract(s) to move palms to the District that are in the way of the Ultimate I-4 construction project.

Additionally, the new joint Executive Director with the Downtown Main Street program, Jerry Presley, was introduced.  A review of current development projects in area was presented by City Planning Staff.

Acceptance of the meeting minutes and approving the recommended actions for the March 11, 2015 Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District meeting.
