Summary:
The City of Orlando strongly supports the efforts of the Victim Service Center, law enforcement, local partners and citizens to actively engage in public efforts to prevent sexual violence and help survivors connect with services.  Mayor Dyer will call on Marcia Hope Goodwin, the City's Chief Service Officer/Director of Community Affairs and Human Relations, to introduce Lui Damiani, Executive Director of the Victims Service Center, for a brief overview. After reading the proclamation, the Mayor will take a photo with Mr. Damiani and agency supporters.
