Summary:
On March 29, 2015, the Orlando Predators return to the Amway Center to kick off the 2015 season. The Orlando Predators are thrilled to be back and excited to actively engage the community by supporting nonprofits in each City of Orlando district. This will include the donation of tickets to each of the nine home games, participating in volunteer events throughout the season and the opportunity to have players and dancers present at community functions.
A proclamation will be presented proclaiming the week of March 23 - 29, 2015 as Orlando Predators Week. Allen Johnson will welcome and recognize David Siegel, President of Westgate Resorts and Owner, Orlando Predators; Jared Saft, VP, Westgate Resorts and President, Orlando Predators; Mark Waltrip, COO, Westgate Resorts; and Mara Frazier, Sr. Director Community Affairs & Westgate Foundation. Mr. Johnson will provide brief remarks and call on Mr. Siegel to say a few words and present Mayor Dyer and each Commissioner with a Predators jersey. Photos will be taken with players and dancers. |

Recommended Action:
The Mayor and City Commissioners proclaim March 23 - 29, 2015 as Orlando Predators Week. Mayor Dyer will read the Proclamation and present it to the Orlando Predator executives and members of the Orlando Predators who are present. Jerseys will be presented to the Mayor and each Commissioner. |
