CDM Smith, Inc has committed to providing 10.1% DBE participation for this contract, which exceeds the department overall 9.91% DBE participation goal.

Fiscal & Efficiency Data: Funding for Church Street Streetscape, East Phase was established at BRC on February 5, 2013. Staff has established project CIP0022_P to track expenditures for this phase.  This service authorization is covered under existing project funds.

Recommended Action:
Recommend approval of the service authorization for professional services by CDM-Smith in the amount not to exceed $10,665.60.  Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the service agreement subject to review and approval by the Office of Legal Affairs.
