Summary:
Skanska-Granite-Lane – a Joint Venture, "SGL" is the contractor working on that portion of the I-4 Ultimate Project located within the City. In conjunction with design and construction of the Project, SGL is required to relocate, at SGL's expense, those City wastewater and stormwater utilities that conflict with the Project construction. The attached Agreement provides for SGL's authority to relocate the City's utilities but only after the City has reviewed and approved the relocation design. The Agreement also provides that SGL will reimburse the City for its costs in conducting design review and construction inspection, including consultant costs. |

Fiscal & Efficiency Data:
The consultant costs will be paid initially from the City's Wastewater Revenue Fund 4100_F and then reimbursed by SGL.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the Agreement in substantially the form attached and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office. |
