Grant of Non-Exclusive Utility Easement between City and Peoples Gas System/Tampa Electric Company
Summary:
In conjunction with the City's abandonment of Parramore Avenue between Central Boulevard and Church Street, Peoples Gas System, a Division of Tampa Electric Company, "TECO", will relocate a gas line located within the Parramore right-of-way. The line would be relocated, at TECO's cost, to an easement created on City-owned property between the abandoned Parramore Avenue and Terry Avenue.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the Easement in substantially the form attached and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
