Item #2 (pg. 7) - Board member Anderson moved APPROVAL of the request, ZON2014-00019 CUP2014-00017, subject to the conditions in the staff report and the two above mentioned amendments.  Board member Skidelsky SECONDED the MOTION, which was VOTED upon and PASSED by unanimous voice vote (Searl abstained). 

Item #15 (pg. 8) - Board member Buchanan moved APPROVAL of the request, ZON2014-00019 ZON2014-00021, subject to the conditions in the staff report.  Board member Burns SECONDED the MOTION, which was VOTED upon and PASSED by unanimous voice vote (Searl abstained due to prior communications with the applicant). 

Item #16 (pg. 11) - Board member Skidelsky moved APPROVAL of the request, ZON2014-00019 ZON2014-00022, subject to the conditions in the staff report, which included the new Lighting Ordinance.  Board member Anderson SECONDED the MOTION, which was VOTED upon and PASSED by unanimous voice vote. 

Item #17 (pg. 11) - Board member Burns moved APPROVAL of the request, ZON2014-00019 ZON2014-00024, subject to the conditions in the staff report.  Vice-Chairperson Searl SECONDED the MOTION, which was VOTED upon and PASSED by unanimous voice vote (Suarez and Skidelsky abstained). 

Item #18 (pg. 13) - Board member Anderson moved APPROVAL of the requests, ZON2014-00019 ZON2014-00025, MPL2014-00034, subject to the conditions in the staff report.  Board member Burns SECONDED the MOTION, which was VOTED upon and PASSED by unanimous voice vote.
