Summary:
Marcia Hope Goodwin, Chief Service Officer/Director, will give a brief overview of Black History Month and the kick-off event that was held on February 3, 2015, and introduce the 2015 Black History Month Committee members.  The Mayor will read the procalamtion, and the Black History Month Committee members will join him for a photo.

Recommended Action:
Proclaim February 2015 "Black History Month" in the City of Orlando.
