Subject:Creative Village Monument Sign Installation and Maintenance Agreement
Summary:The Creative Village master developer, Creative Village Development LLC, seeks to modify existing gateway feature signs to reflect the new name of the area.  The six (6) monument signs currently include lettering stating “ORLANDO CENTROPLEX,” and are located on the northwest and southwest corners of W. Livingston Street and Hughey Avenue, at the northwest and southwest corners of W. Amelia Street and Hughey Avenue, and at the northeast and southeast corners of W. Amelia Street and N. Parramore Avenue.  The modifications reflect the new name for the area, “CREATIVE VILLAGE,” along with the Creative Village logo. The signs will be repaired, receive fresh paint and landscaping, and uplighting installed to illuminate the lettering.  Creative Village Development LLC will assume maintenance and repair of the signs, landscaping and irrigation within the sign planters and the City will continue to operate the lighting and irrigation. There is no new fiscal impact to the City.
