Summary:
The Advisory Council of the Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District met on January 14,2015 at 9:00 am in the Veteran's Conference Room of City Hall; attached are the meeting minutes.  The Advisory Council discussed the search for an Executive Director merged jointly with the Downtown South Main Street, and a Management Agreement for the position with the Main Street.  

The Advisory Council moved forward a recommendation that the Chair be authorized to negotiate and execute the needed employment contracts with the successful joint Executive Director candidate along with the Downtown South Main Street.

Acceptance of the meeting minutes and approving the recommended actions for the January 14, 2015 Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District meeting.
