Use of the Florida Sheriff's Association Contract with AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for the purchase of thirty-three (33) Dodge Charger Police Pursuit Vehicles (C15-0156)

Summary:
The Fleet Management Division and the Orlando Police Department are requesting to utilize Florida Sheriff's Association Contract 14-22-0904 with AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Pembroke Pines, Florida for the purchase of thirty-three (33) 2015 Dodge Charger Police Pursuit Vehicles, at a total cost of $737,517.00.
 
These vehicles will replace thirty-three (33) marked patrol vehicles currently in service and scheduled for replacement. 
 
No City Certified M/WBE vendors are registered for this commodity.

Recommended Action:
Authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to issue a Purchase Order to AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram as indicated above.
