Partial Release of City Services Easement re: DDR Orlando, LLC
Summary:
DDR Orlando, LLC, "DDR", is developing property located in the southeast  quadrant  of Semoran Blvd. and Lee Vista Blvd. as a mixed use development, "Project".  In conjunction with development of the Project, DDR has requested that the City release a portion of a City Services Easement located on the Project site.  City staff have reviewed this request and have no objection.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Partial Release and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
