Summary:
One North Orange, LLC, "Owner", owns and is developing property located at One North Orange Avenue in the northeast quadrant of Central Blvd. and Orange Avenue. Owner intends to develop the property as a boutique hotel containing less than than one hundred rooms, "Hotel". In conjunction with operation of the Hotel, Owner has requested that the City allow Owner to utilize portions of the Central Boulevard right-of-way for a valet parking operation. City staff have reviewed this request and have no objection. The attached Agreement will not become effective until the Hotel begins construction and may be terminated by the City at any time based on public safety or traffic operations issues. |
