Central Blvd., and desires to enter into this City Services/Sidewalk Easement in relation to building permit no.: BLD2013-09108. The Easement allows for the maintenance of the Sidewalk area and provides for indemnification.

Approve the City Services/Sidewalk Easement, and authorize signature by Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute the Easement, subject to review and approval of the City Attorney’s Office.
