Drainage Easement Agreement between City and Lake Nona
Summary:
In conjunction with the development of Laureate Park Phase 5A, Lake Nona Land Company, LLC and Lake Nona Laureate Park, LLC, "Lake Nona," are constructing certain drainage facilities that will accommodate storm-water from the proposed development as well as storm water from certain rights-of-way, "Rights of Way," owned and maintained by the City of Orlando.  The attached Drainage Easement Agreement obligates Lake Nona to maintain the drainage facilities and to permanently accommodate storm-water from the Rights-of-Way.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Drainage Easement Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to executes same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
