FY 2014-2015 HUD-Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) agreement between the City of Orlando and Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida, 639 West Central Blvd., Orlando, Florida 32801

Summary:
On July 28, 2014, City Council approved, as part of the FY 2014-2015 Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development Programs, a request from Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida, Inc. for ESG funding in the amount of Fifty-Five Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($55,000.00).  Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida will use this funding for shelter operating cost in support of services and assistance to individuals who are homeless. 

Fiscal & Efficiency Data: PY 2014 HUD – Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) was approved on 07/28/2014 as part of the Annual Action Plan.

Recommended Action:
Approve and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement with Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida, Inc. in the amount of $55,000.00 after review of the documents by the City Attorney's office.
