Since 2004 the Orlando Police Department has leased a 1,248 square foot retail space on the first floor of City View in Parramore for the operation of a satellite office.  OPD wishes to maintain its presence in this location and therefore proposes to amend the lease as detailed in the attached Amendment No. 2.  The lease shall commence October 1, 2014 and end September 30, 2015 and shall provide for five (5) additional one (1) year renewal options.  Rent shall continue to be $1.00 per year and the common area maintenance expense although increasing from $208.00 per month to $350.00 shall remain the same throughout the extended term and renewal terms.   

Approval and authorization for the Mayor/Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute Amendment No. 2 , substantially in the form attached, and approval and authorization, without further City Council approval, for the Real Estate Division Manager to execute additional extension options referenced herein, so long as such approvals are in conformance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, all subject to the review and approval of the City Attorney's Office.
