Fee Schedules for Fire Inspection Services

Summary:

This Resolution enhances services for the preservation of life and property, to include:  special hazardous inspections, the sale of sparklers inside of a tent, annual mobile food service inspections, hazardous material recovery cost, administrative fees for environmental site assessment reviews, and for the installation of keys in Knox Boxes by Orlando Fire Department, Field Operations Bureau.  The implementation and modification of these fees will allow OFD to recover part of the cost for delivering additional technical services.

Recommended Action:
Adoption of the Resolution and authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute same; subject to review by the City Attorney's Office.
