Summary:
The Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District (DSNID) advisory council met on Wednesday, September 10, 2014; attached are the meeting minutes. The Board discussed the following and provided recommendations on actions for the Board of Directors to ratify:
- Extend the Crotty Consulting Group contract to the end of 2014 to provide administrative services for the DSNID.
- Authorize the Chair of the Advisory Council to negotiate with the Downtown South Main Street to create a potential "blended" position that incorporates the duties of a Main Street Manager and the Administration functions of the DSNID.
